2019 Brings Culinary Dreams
SO You may wonder why we have been so quiet this year? Our head brewer has jumped headlong into studies as a culinary student at the Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio Texas! He is busy perfecting his knife skills, learning to make excellent soups stews and sauces, and barely brewing beer although we do have several kegs in our basement still LOL YES we Have a basement in Texas which I know is a miracle in itself. We also have an excellent watermelon summer spritzer on tap. We have been attending lots of brewing events in our new home of Texas & loving Texas beers. I’m still researching Texas Brewing laws and figuring out what we can do here as the military continues to move us all over the globe. If we’re not here long enough to start a tap room, we may brew in conjunction with some of our great culinary partners or put in a bit more of a commercial system that takes less time of our new chef.
